My Banana, Peanut Butter, Protein Smoothie!

Banana, Peanut Butter, Smoothie
RECIPE! 

This is the recipe that I used today!

1 cup milk
1 cup ice
1 ripe banana
1 tbls peanut butter
1/2 scoop protein powder

Blend in blender until smooth and drink up!
YUM!!
