I really like reading Oxygen Magazine for women because they have workout plans, meal options, research, motivational interviews with real women, and then of course there are the fittest of the fit models.
The models are competitors, and I don't work out and eat right to "look like them" but IT IS a TON OF MOTIVATION!!!!!!!
And if I even come 10% close to looking like those fitness models, then I am doing good! RIGHT! Enjoy more at their website http://www.oxygenmag.com/
