SNACKING, Did you know?

DID you know that I eat all of the time, and I STAY hungry!!!

I lost 20 pounds back in 2003 and have kept it off, and I EAT ALL OF THE TIME!

So, all of the "starve yourself to death diets" out there don't work AND are miserable!!!!

So here is a FREE TIP:
Eat more often, but smaller portions!

This is good to know! My problem is that I'll think I'm doing good by not eating THEN when I do I'm so hungry that I eat Big portions! =( Have to work on this!
